Francesco Molon was chosen to participate in the recent renovation
of one of the most luxurious hotels in Europe, The St. Regis Grand
in Rome, Italy.
This Starwood Hotel, which was originally opened in 1894 by Cesar
Ritz, unveiled a complete renovation project in December 1999. Our
company furnished common areas, guestrooms and suites.
The renovation objective was to restore the property to its former
grandeur, closely following the design ideals professed by Cesar
Ritz.
French and Italian style furnishing and decorations are exquisitely
combined to create an authentically restored Roman Palazzo.
As recognized in a "Newsweek" poll, Le Grand Bar is among the most
highly renowned in the world.
It's late 18th/early 19th century style has been gloriously restored
with precious fabrics, stuccoes and Francesco Molon furnishings.
Each Guestroom at the St. Regis Grand has its own unique decorative
style which includes hand painted frescoes and Murano glass chandeliers.
Many design references are made to Rome and Hotel's local history.
The furnishing are enhanced by exotic mahogany wood and precious
decorations in ebony and gold leaf.
