Architect: Gary Edward Handel & Associates
Interior Designer: Frank Nicholson, Incorporated
Owner: Millennium Partners
We are proud to have been selected to be the furniture supplier of this very exclusive project. The 33 stories Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park is housed within a striking 1930's building designed by Emery Roth.
Influenced by the charm of the original structure, interior designer, Frank Nicholson, chose to give the hotel a residential ambience similar to that of a New York townhouse.
The hotel is comprised of 237 guestrooms and 40 suites. A unique
combination of styles, from 18th Century to Empire, was selected
for the rooms. Intricate burl woods and walnut inlays were used
on the headboards, nightstands, TV cabinets, desks, lamp tables
and consoles. Gold leaf accents also enhanced the TV cabinets and
lamp tables. Every piece of furniture was individually hand-polished.
